Steve Wiebe is a co-worker (different division, but the same company). I haven't meet him personally, but I've been told that the movie added "a lot of drama" to both him and Billy Mitchell.
I guess in real life, they're both fairly normal, nice guys. But I work for a bunch of 80's arcade fanatics, so "normal" is a relative term. ;)
